LiminalWalls produces custom-printed wall murals made to your exact wall dimensions. As each mural is produced individually upon order confirmation, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect measurements provided by the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos — we will arrange a reprint or refund.

Return period: Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Condition of returned items: To be eligible for a return, the mural must be unused and in its original packaging. Once the mural has been unrolled or installed, it cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
